Effect of modified Yiguanjian in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis of liver and kidney Yin deficiency and its influence on lung function
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Y iguanjian in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis of liver and kidney Yin deficiency and its influence on lung function.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis of liver and kidney Yin deficiency who were treated from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given modified Y iguanjian on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndromes scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC in the two groups increased,and those in the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups decreased,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Modified Y iguanjian in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis of liver and kidney Yin deficiency has a good clinical effect,which can reduce the scores of TCM syndromes,regulate the levels of inflammatory indicators,and improve lung function,with good safety.
