Effect of modified Chaishao Sijunzi decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)and its influences on oxidative stress indexes and liver fibrosis indexes
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Chaishao Sijunzi decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)and its influences on oxidative stress indexes and liver fibrosis indexes. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with entecavir, and the observation group was treated with modified Chaishao Sijunzi decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of procollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ),collagen typeⅣ(Ⅳ-C),hyaluronic acid(HA)and laminin(LN)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaishao Sijunzi decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, reduce oxidative stress and improve liver fibrosis.
