酸枣仁汤联合右佐匹克隆片对长期失眠患者睡眠质量的影响

摘要
目的 分析酸枣仁汤联合右佐匹克隆片对长期失眠患者睡眠质量的影响.方法 选取 2019 年 5月至2021年11月收治的 120 例长期失眠患者为研究对象,以随机数字法将其分为常规组(60例,右佐匹克隆片治疗)和观察组(60例,酸枣仁汤联合右佐匹克隆片治疗).比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的多巴胺(DA)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经营养因子-3(NT-3)、神经生长因子(NGF)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平均显著高于常规组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的椎动脉舒张期血流速度(Vd)、收缩期血流速度(Vs)、平均血流速度(MFV)均显著大于常规组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于常规组,世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)评分显著高于常规组(P＜0.05).两组治疗期间的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论 酸枣仁汤联合右佐匹克隆片治疗长期失眠的效果显著,可有效调节患者神经递质水平及椎动脉血流,改善睡眠障碍、负面情绪,提升生活质量,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of Suanzaoren decoction and dexzopiclone tablets on sleep quality of patients with long term insomnia.Methods A total of 120 patients with long term insomnia admitted from May 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into conventional group(60 cases,treated with dexzopiclone tablets)and observation group(60 cases,treated with Suanzaoren decoction and dexzopiclone tablets)by random number method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of dopamine(DA),brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),neurotrophin-3(NT-3),nerve growth factor(NGF)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vertebral artery diastolic flow velocity(Vd),systolic blood flow velocity(Vs)and mean flow velocity(MFV)in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-100(WHOQOL-100)score was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Suanzaoren decoction and dexzopiclone tablets in the treatment of long term insomnia has a remarkable effect,it can effectively regulate the levels of neurotransmitters and vertebral artery blood flow in patients,ameliorate sleep disorders and negative emotions,and promoto the quality of life,which is worth promoting.
