Effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with furosemide and low-dose dopamine in the treatment of chronic heart failure and its influences on the expression of miR-150 and miR-1254
Objective To explore the effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with furosemide and low dose dopamine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 300 patients with chronic heart failure admitted from October 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with furosemide+low-dose dopamine,and the observation group was treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the 6 min walking distance was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-terminal propeptide of type Ⅰ precollagen(PⅠCP),N-terminal type Ⅲ collagen peptide(PⅢNP)and pyridinoline cross-linked C-telopeptides of type Ⅰ collagen(ⅠCTP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of miR-150 and miR-1254 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with furosemide and low-dose dopamine is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure,it can reduce the expression of myocardial markers,improve the exercise tolerance of patients,control the degree of myocardial fibrosis,and regulate the expression of miR-150 and miR-1254,which is worthy of promotion.
