摘要
目的 分析针对性心理护理在老年肱骨骨折手术患者中的应用效果.方法 将我院2020年1月至12月收治的 120例老年肱骨骨折手术患者以随机数字表法分为常规组(n=60,常规围术期护理)和观察组(n=60,常规围术期护理+针对性心理护理).比较两组的护理效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均显著低于常规组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组的β-内啡肽(β-EP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平均显著低于常规组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平显著高于常规组(P＜0.05).结论 针对性心理护理可有效保障老年肱骨骨折手术患者的手术效果,减轻其负面情绪和术后疼痛,提升睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted psychological nursing in elderly patients with humeral fracture surgery.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with humeral fracture surgery admitted in our hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into routine group(n=60,routine perioperative period nursing)and observation group(n=60,routine perioperative period nursing + targeted psychological nursing)by random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of β-endorphin(β-EP)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,and the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing can effectively guarantee the surgical effect of elderly patients with humeral fracture surgery,reduce their negative emotions and postoperative pain,and improve sleep quality.
