Effect of collaborative intervention based on caring behavior combined with angular music therapy on mood state and sleep quality of patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome
Objective To analyze the application effect of collaborative intervention based on caring behavior combined with angular music therapy in patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome(GBS).Methods A total of 100 patients with GBS admitted in our hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given collaborative intervention based on caring behavior combined with angular music therapy on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Chinese version of Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)and Brief Profile of Mood State Short Form(BPOMS-SF)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the WHO Quality of Life Scale-Brief Form Questionnre(WHOQOL-BREF)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Three months after intervention, the Medical Research Council(MRC)muscle strength score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the 6-min walk test(6MWT)distance was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative intervention based on caring behavior combined with angular music therapy for GBS patients can regulate mood state and improve sleep quality, which is worthy of promotion.
