Effects of family support mode based on nurse-led combined with goal-oriented nursing on disease cognition and health behavior level of patients with cholecystitis
Objective To explore the effects of family support mode based on nurse-led combined with goal-oriented nursing on disease cognition and health behavior level of patients with cholecystitis.Methods A total of 1 300 patients with cholecystitis admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 650 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given family support mode based on nurse-led combined with goal-oriented nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the disease cognition scores of family members of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of WHO Quality of Life Measurement Scale Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family support mode based on nurse-led combined with goal-oriented nursing can not only improve the disease cognition level of family members of patients with cholecystitis,but also help patients develop good health behaviors,thereby improving the quality of life.
