摘要
目的 分析中药饮片和中药配方颗粒影响中药调剂的因素,为中药调剂规范化管理提供依据.方法 通过概述中药饮片及中药配方颗粒的调剂模式,分析中药在临床使用中的常见问题.重点讨论中药配方颗粒智能化调配机在临床使用中的影响因素.对比分析中药饮片与中药配方颗粒的优缺点.结果 中药调剂的规范化管理可通过现代技术、合理应用等方式实现.中药饮片与中药配方颗粒的使用各有疗效优势,患者可根据个人需求选择适宜药品.结论 影响中药调剂的因素复杂,临床上应加强规范化管理,重视中药配方颗粒的不良反应研究,加强中药配方颗粒的基础研究和等效性研究,完善中医药的临床合理使用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the factors affecting the dispensing of traditional Chinese medicine by traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese medicine formula granules,so as to provide a basis for the standardized management of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing.Methods The dispensing mode of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese medicine formula granules were summarized,and the common problems of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical use were analyzed.The influencing factors of the intelligent dispensing machine of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules in clinical use were emphatically discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese medicine formula granules were compared and analyzed.Results The standardized management of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing could be done by modern technology and rational application.The use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese medicine formula granules had their own advantages,and patients could choose appropriate drugs according to their individual needs.Conclusion The factors affecting the dispensing of traditional Chinese medicine are complex.In clinical practice,standardized management should be strengthened,the study of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules should be emphasized,the basic research and equivalence research of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules should be strengthened,and the clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine should be improved.
