Influences of nursing mode management based on 4R crisis management theory on emergency ability and risk awareness of operating room nurse
Objective To explore the influences of nursing management mode based on 4R crisis management theory on emergency ability and risk awareness of operating room nurse.Methods The routine operating room nursing management was implemented from February to September 2021(control group,including 10 nurses and 55 patients),and nursing management mode based on 4R crisis management theory was adopted from February to September 2022(observation group,including 10 nurses and 53 patients).The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of ability to observe and judge emergencies,emergency handling ability and emergency cooperation ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The risk management awareness,risk management attitude,risk awareness and risk management behavior scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of specialized nursing operation,teamwork ability,clinical analysis and problem solving ability,independent thinking ability,nurse-patient communication ability and clinical nursing decision-making ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of operating room risk events of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing management mode based on 4R crisis management theory can not only strengthen the emergency ability and risk awareness of operating room nurses,but also improve the level of comprehensive nursing skills of nurses,so as to reduce the incidence of risk events in operating room,which is worthy of promotion.
