Objective To explore the application effect of multi-mode clinical practice teaching management system in orthopedic homogenized practice teaching. Methods From January to November 2022,all interns of different majors and educational systems from grade 2017 to 2019 who interned in orthopedics department were included in the survey. The multi-mode clinical practice teaching management system was applied in the practice teaching using homogenized and standardized whole process management.A questionnaire was used to investigate the internship satisfaction, internship harvest and teaching evaluation.A multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model was adopted for the assessment of interns, and the related factors were analyzed by multi-factor regression. Results A total of 52 interns entered the orthopedic internship, and 49 interns completed the satisfaction questionnaire after the internship.Interns gave a high proportion of"very satisfied"evaluations for teaching and skill training. The satisfaction of interns majoring in stomatology and preventive medicine to the medical records in practice teaching was higher than that of interns majoring in clinical medicine(P<0.05).The satisfaction of interns majoring in stomatology and preventive medicine to the medical team was higher than that of interns majoring in clinical medicine(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in score between interns majoring in stomatology and preventive medicine and interns majoring in clinical medicine[β=1.69,95%CI(-0.96-4.34);β=-0.26,95%CI(-3.01-2.49)].Conclusion After adopting the homogenized practice teaching of multi-mode clinical practice teaching management system, clinical interns of different majors and educational systems have achieved similar high practice effects.
