Research progress of chronic hepatitis B complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
Long-term chronic hepatitis B(CHB)will gradually progress to cirrhosis,liver cancer and other life-threatening diseases.In recent years,with the change of people's lifestyle,the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is on the rise.Therefore,the proportion of patients with both diseases is also increasing.This article reviews the epidemiological status,pathogenesis,progression of liver fibrosis,occurrence of liver cancer,molecular markers for non-invasive diagnosis of disease progression and treatment status of CHB patients with NAFLD,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
