Analysis of influencing factors of acute ischemic stroke attack based on Logistic regression model and PCA model
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)attack by Logistic regression model and principal component analysis(PCA)model. Methods The data from January 1,2001 to December 31,2021 were extracted from the big data server system of Yiduyun scientific research in the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University,55 620 AIS patients included in the hospital medical record system were included in case group, and 64 134 cases who underwent physical examination in the hospital physical examination center were included in control group. The clinical data of the two groups were collected, and the influencing factors of AIS attack were analyzed. Results Multivariate analysis results showed that age, gender, creatinine, white blood cell count, hemoglobin, red blood cell count, platelet count, triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total cholesterol(TC),γ-glutamyl transferase(γ-GGT)levels and smoking history, drinking history, hypertension, diabetes, myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis were the influencing factors of AIS(P<0.05);the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)areas under curve(AUC)was 0.927.PCA extracted 8 principal components, with the higher odds radio of past medical history and blood lipid level. Conclusion Past medical history and blood lipid level are the main influencing factors of AIS attack.Effective control of primary disease and blood lipid level can better control the occurrence of AIS.
