Survey of KAP related to delivery mode of re-pregnant women after cesarean section and analysis of influencing factors
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)related to delivery mode of re-pregnant women after cesarean section.Methods A total of 96 re-pregnant women after cesarean section admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the survey objects.The general data were investigated by general data questionnaire,and the KAP scores related to delivery mode were counted by KAP questionnaire related to delivery mode.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting KAP related to delivery mode.Results The knowledge related score of delivery mode was(12.53±3.09)points,the attitude related score of delivery mode was(16.01±2.94)points,and the behavior related score of delivery mode was(12.83±2.01)points.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that education level,gestational age,doctors'recommended delivery mode,medical insurance status and delivery intention were independent factors affecting the delivery mode related knowledge(P<0.05);education level,average monthly income,doctors'recommended delivery mode and delivery intention were independent factors affecting the delivery mode related attitude(P<0.05);education level,gestational age,doctors'recommended delivery mode and delivery intention were independent factors affecting the delivery mode related behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of KAP related to delivery mode of re-pregnant women after cesarean section needs to be improved,which is affected by factors such as education level and doctors'recommended delivery mode,targeted intervention measures can be formulated clinically.
