目的 探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进的效果及对氧化应激指标、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平的影响。方法 选取2021 年6月至 2022 年6 月我院收治的 100 例甲状腺功能亢进患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式的差异将其分为对照组和观察组,各 50 例。对照组采用甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组采用还原型谷胱甘肽联合甲巯咪唑治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0。05)。治疗后,观察组的游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平低于对照组,促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗后,观察组的丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗后,观察组的ICAM-1、IGF-1水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论 还原型谷胱甘肽联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进可提高治疗效果,促进甲状腺功能改善、氧化应激减轻,也能下调ICAM-1、IGF-1 水平,且安全性高,值得推广。
Effect of reduced glutathione combined with methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism and its influences on oxidative stress indexes,ICAM-1 and IGF-1 levels
Objective To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione combined with methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism and its influences on oxidative stress indexes,intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and insulin like growth factor-1(IGF-1)levels.Methods A total of 100 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methimazole,and the observation group was treated with reduced glutathione combined with methimazole.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ICAM-1 and IGF-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of thyroid function,reduce oxidative stress,and also down-regulate the levels of ICAM-1 and IGF-1,which is safe and worthy of promotion.
