Influence of micro screw implant anchorage combined with orthodontics and orthognathics on facial aesthetics in patients with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion
Objective To investigate the influence of micro screw implant anchorage combined with orthodontics and orthognathics on facial aesthetics in patients with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion.Methods A total of 70 patients with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion admitted from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with orthodontics and orthognathics,and the observation group was treated with micro screw implant anchorage combined with orthodontics and orthognathics.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the volumes of upper and lower central incisors,lateral incisors and canines in the two groups were smaller than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,there were no significant differences in the volumes of upper and lower central incisors,lateral incisors and canines between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the angle of sella-nasion-subsipmale(SNA)and angle of subsipmale-nasion-supramental(ANB)in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,the angle of sella-nasion-supramental(SNB)was larger than that in the control group,and the N-Me,N-Ans and Ans-Me were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro screw implant anchorage combined with orthodontics and orthognathics treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect and promote the improvement of facial aesthetics of patients with skeletal classⅡmalocclusion,which is worthy of promotion.
