Results and analysis of special comments on inpatient medical orders of Gualoupi injection
Objective To make a special comment on the medical orders of Gualoupi injection in our hospital,and to provide reference for its clinical standardized use.Methods The hospital information system(HIS)of our hospital was used to extract the medication information and medical orders of all inpatients using Gualoupi injection from October 1,2020 to September 30,2021,a total of 5 615 copies(including 497 patients).According to the"prescription management measures",drug instructions and literature,the solvent,usage and dosage,indications,course of treatment and combined medication of Gualoupi injection were analyzed.Results In the process of using Gualoupi injection in our hospital,136 medical orders were not suitable for solvent,81 medical orders were not suitable for usage and dosage,and 35 medical orders were used beyond indications;in the process of using Gualoupi injection,there was a situation of exceeding or insufficient course of treatment;the top three drugs in the combination were clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets,aspirin enteric-coated tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets.Conclusion There are some irregularities in the use of Gualoupi injection in our hospital.In the clinical use process,we should pay attentions to its safety and standardize the rational use of drugs.
