Effect of modified Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of kidney deficiency and cold coagulation type and its influences on the expression of miR-24 and miR-132
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of kidney deficiency and cold coagulation type and its influences on the expression of miR-24 and miR-132.Methods A total of 80 RA patients admitted from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with modified Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the expression of miR-24 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the expression of miR-132 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),interleukin-1(IL-1)and matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified G uiz hi Fuz i decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of RA of kidney deficiency and cold coagulation type can not only improve the therapeutic effect, but also regulate the expression of miR-24 and miR-132,inhibit the levels of inflammatory factors, and promote the absorption of inflammation, which is worthy of promotion.
