Effects of staged nursing based on the change rule of compliance curve combined with incentive psychological intervention on rehabilitation self-efficacy and limb function recovery of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage
Objective To explore the application effect of staged nursing based on the change rule of compliance curve combined with incentive psychological intervention in patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage. Methods A total of 90 patients with convalescent stage cerebral infarction admitted from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given staged nursing based on the change rule of compliance curve combined with incentive psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of physical exercise, exercise effect monitoring and active seeking suggestions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale for Lower Extremity(FMA-LE),Holden Functional Ambulation Category(FAC),Barthel index and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Brief(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The staged nursing based on the change rule of compliance curve combined with incentive psychological intervention is helpful to improve the rehabilitation exercise compliance and self-efficacy of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage, promote the recovery of limb function and improve the quality of life.
