Effects of family follow-up nursing combined with whole-person nursing management mode on treatment compliance and psychological state of children with pneumonia
Objective To explore the effects of family follow-up nursing combined with whole-person nursing management mode on treatment compliance and psychological state of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 148 children with pneumonia admitted from September 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan,with 74 cases in each group.The control group received whole-person nursing management mode,and the observation group received family follow-up nursing on the basis of the nursing program of control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)and Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2)and minute ventilation(MV)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the respiratory rate(RR)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family follow-up nursing combined with whole-person nursing management mode can improve the psychological state of children with pneumonia,improve treatment compliance,and promote the recovery of respiratory function.
