Effects of nursing intervention based on solution-focused model combined with staged dietary guidance on functional maturity of regenerative mucosa, nutritional status and subjective well-being in patients with Hp positive ulcerative colitis
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on solution-focused model combined with staged dietary guidance in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 96 patients with Hp positive ulcerative colitis were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing combined with staged dietary guidance, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on solution-focused model on the basis of the nursing plan of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 weeks of intervention, the levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention, the levels of serum albumin(ALB),transferrin(TRF)and hemoglobin(HB)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention, the Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happines(MUNSH)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on solution-focused model combined with staged dietary guidance can improve the nutritional and anxiety status of patients with Hp positive ulcerative colitis, and improve the functional maturity of regenerative mucosa and subjective well-being.
