基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预结合分期饮食指导对Hp阳性溃疡性结肠炎患者再生黏膜功能学成熟度、营养状态、主观幸福感的影响

摘要
目的 探究基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预结合分期饮食指导在幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)阳性溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用效果.方法 将96 例Hp阳性溃疡性结肠炎患者根据护理方案分为对照组与观察组,各48例.对照组接受常规护理结合分期饮食指导,观察组在对照组护理方案基础上加施基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预.比较两组的干预效果.结果 干预2周后,观察组的前列腺素E2(PGE2)、表皮生长因子(EGF)水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预 2周后,观察组的血清白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、血红蛋白(HB)水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预 2周后,观察组的纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)评分高于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预结合分期饮食指导可改善Hp阳性溃疡性结肠炎患者的营养状态及焦虑状态,提升再生黏膜功能学成熟度及主观幸福感.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on solution-focused model combined with staged dietary guidance in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 96 patients with Hp positive ulcerative colitis were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing combined with staged dietary guidance,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on solution-focused model on the basis of the nursing plan of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the levels of serum albumin(ALB),transferrin(TRF)and hemoglobin(HB)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happines(MUNSH)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on solution-focused model combined with staged dietary guidance can improve the nutritional and anxiety status of patients with Hp positive ulcerative colitis,and improve the functional maturity of regenerative mucosa and subjective well-being.
