Influences of nursing intervention based on problem solving model combined with emotional release method on metabolism and nutrition, illness perception and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on problem solving model combined with emotional release method in gestational diabetes. Methods A total of 120 patients with gestational diabetes admitted from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on problem solving model combined with emotional release method on this basis. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and free fatty acid(FFA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Brief Illness Perceptions Questionnaire(BIPQ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidences of adverse outcomes of mother and child in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on problem solving model combined with emotional release method can improve metabolism and nutrition of patients with gestational diabetes, improve the degree of illness perception, and promote the improvement of pregnancy outcome, which is worth promoting.
