Effects of continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory combined with family empowerment theory intervention on disease self-management ability and disease perceived stress in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis
Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory combined with family empowerment theory intervention on disease self-management ability and disease perceived stress in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory combined with family empowerment theory intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of disease communication ability, emergency treatment ability, medication management ability and diet management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the degree of disease perceived stress in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disease control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the disease recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory combined with family empowerment theory intervention can improve the disease self-management ability of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, reduce the disease perceived stress, improve the disease control rate and reduce the risk of recurrence, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
