Application of"double-teacher classroom"model based on CBL on basic nursing teaching of vocational school
Objective To investigate the application of"double-teacher classroom"model based on case-based learning(CBL)on basic nursing teaching of vocational school.Methods Vocational students from two classes of nursing major in grade 2022 of Zhejiang Changzheng Vocational and Technical College were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group by drawing lots,with 30 people in each group.The experimental group adopted the"double-teacher classroom"model based on CBL,while the control group adopted the traditional purely theoretical teaching method.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The final theoretical examination score of the experimental group was(85.73±5.74)points,which was higher than(78.67±7.36)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of learning interest,improvement of class participation,improvement of self-learning ability,deepening of knowledge memory,improvement of problem analysis and problem solving ability,improvement of clinical thinking ability scores and overall teaching score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional purely theoretical teaching method,the"double-teacher classroom"model based on CBL has a remarkable effect on basic nursing teaching of vocational school,which can significantly improve students'learning interest and comprehensive ability,and effectively improve the quality of teaching.
