Application effect of CBL combined with"Internet + education platform"in probation teaching of critical care medicine
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with"Internet + education platform"in probation teaching of critical care medicine.Methods From October to December 2020 and from October to December 2021,108 anesthesiology undergraduates who were apprenticed in the critical care medicine department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the research objects.Among them,students in 2020 were included in traditional teaching group(54 cases,traditional teaching method),and students in 2021 were included in combined teaching group(54 cases,CBL combined with"Internet + education platform"teaching).The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the theoretical test score between the two groups(P>0.05);the operation test score of the combined teaching group was higher than that of the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teaching quality,knowledge mastery,critical thinking,learning interest,independent thinking,teacher-student communication and communication ability in the combined teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pre-class preparation time of the combined teaching group was longer than that of the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with"Internet + education platform"can improve the teaching quality of critical care medicine probation,stimulate students'interest in learning,improve clinical thinking ability and communication skills,but students need to invest more time in pre-class preparation.
