基于OSCE的培训指导对实习护士综合素质及核心能力的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)的培训指导对实习护士综合素质及核心能力的影响.方法 选取2020 年 10 月至 2022 年 10 月于我院实习的 90 名护士为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45 名.对照组采用常规教学模式干预,观察组在常规教学模式基础上采用基于OSCE的培训指导干预.比较两组的干预效果.结果 观察组的理论成绩、技能操作成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).带教后,观察组的自学能力、协作能力、解决问题能力评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).带教后,观察组的临床护理、人际关系、领导能力、专业发展、教育和咨询、批判性思维与科研、法律伦理实践评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 基于OSCE的培训指导有助于提高实习护士考核成绩,增强其综合素质及核心能力,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of training guidance based on objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)on the comprehensive quality and core competence of practice nurses.Methods A total of 90 nurses who practiced in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by conventional teaching mode,and the observation group was intervened by training guidance based on OSCE on the basis of conventional teaching mode.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical score,skill operation score and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of self-learning ability,collaboration ability and problem-solving ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of clinical nursing,interpersonal relationship,leadership ability,professional development,education and consultation,critical thinking and scientific research,legal and ethical practice in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Training guidance based on OSCE is helpful to improve the assessment results of practice nurses and enhance their comprehensive quality and core competence,which is worthy of promotion.
