Psychological distress status and influencing factors of repregnancy women with history of adverse pregnancy outcomes
Objective To observe the psychological distress status of repregnancy women with history of adverse pregnancy outcomes and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 112 repregnancy women with history of adverse pregnancy outcomes admitted in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The Distress Thermometer(DT)of Distress Management Screening Measure(DMSM)was used to evaluate the psychological distress level of all repregnancy women,and the clinical data of pregnant women were collected to analyze the related factors affecting the psychological distress status of repregnancy women with history of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Results A total of 112 repregnancy women with history of adverse pregnancy outcomes had a DT score of 2-8 points,with an average of(3.63±1.93)points.Among them,79 pregnant women(70.54%)with low psychological distress level,with DT score of 2-3 points and an average of(2.46±0.50)points;there were 33 pregnant women(29.46%)with high psychological distress level,with a DT score of 5-8 points and an average of(6.45±0.79)points.There were statistically significant differences in age,gestational diabetes mellitus,number of adverse pregnancy outcomes and time between second pregnancy and last adverse pregnancy outcome between the high psychological distress level group and the low psychological distress level group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in gestational week,nationality,educational level,body mass index at enrollment and working status between the high psychological distress level group and the low psychological distress level group(P>0.05).The Logistic regression analysis results showed that age,gestational diabetes mellitus and the number of adverse pregnancy outcomes were risk factors for high psychological distress level in repregnancy women with history of adverse pregnancy outcomes(OR>1,P<0.05);the time from the second pregnancy to the last adverse pregnancy outcome was a protective factor for high psychological distress level in repregnancy women with history of adverse pregnancy outcome(OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of high psychological distress level in repregnancy women with history of adverse pregnancy outcomes was relatively high.Age,gestational diabetes mellitus,the number of adverse pregnancy outcomes and the time from the second pregnancy to the last adverse pregnancy outcome were the factors influencing the level of psychological distress.
