Effect of transcatheter selective cerebral artery interventional thrombolysis based on dual antiplatelet regimen in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and its influences on cerebral oxygen uptake rate and neurological function
Objective To analyze the effect of transcatheter selective cerebral artery interventional thrombolysis based on dual antiplatelet regimen in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into conventional group(50 cases, routine anticoagulation + transcatheter selective cerebral artery interventional thrombolysis)and observation group(50 cases, transcatheter selective cerebral artery interventional thrombolysis based on dual antiplatelet regimen)by random number table method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the conventional group(P<0.05).On the 1st day,7th day and 1 month after treatment, the cerebral oxygen uptake rate of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and modified Rankin Scale(mRS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment, the maximum blood flow velocity(Vmax),minimum flow velocity(Vmin)and mean blood flow(Qmean)in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the vascular resistance(RV)was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcatheter selective cerebral artery interventional thrombolysis based on dual antiplatelet regimen in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke can achieve ideal therapeutic effect.
