Abnormal expression and clinical significance of miR-23a-3p and miR-182 in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer
Objective To investigate the abnormal expression and clinical significance of miR-23a-3p and miR-182 in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,30 patients with colorectal cancer admitted in our hospital were selected as observation group A,30 patients with benign colorectal tumor were selected as observation group B,and 30 healthy subjects were selected as control group.The fasting venous blood of the observation group A and the observation group B before treatment and the fasting venous blood of the control group at the time of physical examination were collected.The levels of miR-23a-3p and miR-182 were determined by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument;the diagnostic efficacy of miR-23a-3p,miR-182 alone and combined detection in colorectal cancer were compared;the relationship between clinical factors of colorectal cancer and miR-23a-3p,miR-182 were analyzed.Results The levels of miR-23a-3p and miR-182 in the observation group A and the observation group B were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of miR-23a-3p and miR-182 in the observation group A were higher than those in the observation group B(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive vale,negative predictive vale and area under curve(AUC)of combined detection of miR-23a-3p and miR-182 in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer were greater than those of miR-23a-3p and miR-182 alone detection.The levels of miR-23a-3p and miR-182 in colorectal cancer patients with different family history,lymph node metastasis,lesion size and clinical stage were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Family history,lymph node metastasis,lesion size and clinical stage were closely related to the levels of miR-23a-3p and miR-182 in patients with colorectal cancer,the detection of miR-23a-3p and miR-182 had certain value in the clinical diagnosis of colorectal cancer,and the combined application of the two can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
