Effect of intra-scar injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scar and its influences on skin lesions and scar blood perfusion
Objective To investigate the effect of intra-scar injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scar and its influences on skin lesions and scar blood perfusion. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertrophic scar admitted from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CO2 fractional laser, and the observation group was treated with intra-scar injection of triamcinolone acetonide on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the modified Vancouver Scar Scale(mVSS)score, scar thickness and scar blood perfusion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intra-scar injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scar can improve the curative effect, promote the improvement of skin lesions, and reduce the amount of scar blood perfusion and the inflammatory response.
