Effects of recombinant human interferon α2b gel combined with LEEP knife cervical conization on immune function and inflammatory indexes in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia complicated with HPV infection
Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human interferon α2b gel combined with loop electrocautery excision procedure(LEEP)knife(ultra-high frequency electric wave knife)cervical conization on immune function and inflammatory indexes in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection. Methods A total of 86 patients with CIN complicated with HPV infection admitted from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with LEEP knife cervical conization, and the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2b gel on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 83.72%in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal microbial recovery rate and HPV negative conversion rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the CIN recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA),interleukin-12(IL-12)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α2b gel combined with LEEP knife cervical conization is effective in the treatment of CIN complicated with HPV infection patients.
