Aesthetic effect of traditional platform and platform conversion connection implant in the implant restoration of maxillary single anterior teeth and its influence on patients'satisfaction
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional platform and platform conversion connection implant in the implant restoration of maxillary single anterior teeth.Methods From October 2019 to October 2021,64 patients with implant restoration of maxillary single anterior teeth admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different implant connection schemes,the patients were divided into traditional group(32 cases,traditional platform connection implant)and conversion group(32 cases,platform conversion connection implant).The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The vertical bone absorption of the mesial and distal implant edge in the conversion group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05);after treatment,the each item of anterior teeth function scores of the conversion group were significantly higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),attachment loss(AL)and probing depth(PD)in the conversion group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The scores of White Esthetic Score(WES),Pink Esthetic Score(PES)and repair satisfaction in the conversion group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the implant connection of implant restoration of maxillary single anterior teeth,platform conversion has better repair effect than traditional platform.
