Effect of Qidi Taozhi Erchan recipe combined with low-dose glucocorticoid and tacrolimus capsule on membranous nephropathy and its influence on renal microcirculation
Objective To investigate the effect of Qidi Taozhi Erchan recipe combined with low-dose glucocorticoid and tacrolimus capsule on membranous nephropathy and its influence on renal microcirculation.Methods A total of 80 patients with membranous nephropathy admitted from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-dose glucocorticoid combined with tacrolimus capsules,and the observation group was treated with Qidi Taozhi Erchan recipe on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of retinol binding protein(RBP)and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of RBP and NAG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in end diastolic velocity(EDV),peak systolic velocity(PSV)and resistance index(RI)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the EDV and PSV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the RI was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qidi Taozhi Erchan recipe combined with low-dose glucocorticoid and tacrolimus capsule in the treatment of membranous nephropathy has a satisfactory effect,which can effectively reduce the level of renal injury markers and improve renal microcirculation.
