Effects of Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsule combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets on TCM syndromes and gastrointestinal hormones in patients with functional dyspepsia
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods A total of 92 FD patients admitted in our hospital from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets,and the observation group was treated with Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of belching,upper abdominal pain,early satiety and upper abdominal fullness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin,gastrin and substance P in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB)and transferrin(TF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsule combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets is effective in the treatment of FD patients,it can effectively reduce TCM syndromes,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels and nutritional status,and promote quality of life,which is safe and reliable.
