Effect of Jianpi Shengxue granules combined with ferrous succinate in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy and its influences on iron metabolism indexes
Objective To analyze the effect of Jianpi Shengxue granules combined with ferrous succinate in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy and its influences on iron metabolism indexes. Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy admitted from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. The pregnant women were randomly divided into routine group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with ferrous succinate, and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue granules combined with ferrous succinate. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of serum iron(SI),serum ferritin(SF),transferrin saturation(TS),transferrin(TRF)and ferriregulin(HEPC)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group, and the level of total iron binding capacity(TIBC)was significantly lower than that in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of hemoglobin(HGB),red blood cell count(RBC),mean red blood cell volume(MCV)and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue granules combined with ferrous succinate in the treatment of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy can achieve ideal curative effect.
