Effects of nursing strategy based on stress-adaptation theory on self-disease perception and self-management ability of patients with liver cirrhosis
Objective To analyze the effects of nursing strategy based on stress-adaptation theory on self-disease perception and self-management ability of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing strategy based on stress-adaptation theory intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At discharge and at the last follow-up,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the last follow-up,the scores of each dimension and total score of Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the last follow-up,the scores of disease management,daily life,diet and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing strategy based on stress-adaptation theory is helpful to ameliorate the psychological state of patients with liver cirrhosis and improve their self-disease perception and self-management ability.
