Effects of family follow-up care intervention combined with staged dietary guidance on dietary behavior and self-perceived disease burden in patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected peptic ulcer
Objective To explore the application of family follow-up care intervention combined with staged dietary guidance in Helicobacter pylori-infected peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 478 patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected peptic ulcer admitted from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected for the study and divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing plan, with 239 cases in each group. The control group received staged dietary guidance, and the observation group was given family follow-up care intervention based on the nursing plan of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 weeks of intervention, the scores of eating on time and eating reasonably in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention, the scores of each dimension of Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention, gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family follow-up care intervention combined with staged dietary guidance can improve the eating behavior of patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected peptic ulcer, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and reduce the self-perceived disease burden, which is worthy of promotion.
