Application effect of cognitive intervention combined with one-to-one responsibility delivery nursing in the delivery process of primipara and its influence on adverse reactions
Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive intervention combined with one-to-one responsibility delivery nursing in the delivery process of primipara and its influence on adverse reactions. Methods A total of 200 primiparas who gave birth in obstetrics department from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given cognitive intervention combined with one-to-one responsibility delivery nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of Self-Rating Depression scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Pregnancy Pressure Scale(PPS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the score of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The first, second and third stage of delivery of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive intervention combined with one-to-one responsibility delivery nursing applied in the delivery process of primipara has good effect.
