Effects of warm-unblocking therapy using moving cupping and acupoints moxibustion combined with five-element music nursing on the positive emotion and disease self-perceived burden of patients in the rehabilitation period after stroke
Objective To explore the effects of warm-unblocking therapy using moving cupping and acupoints moxibustion combined with five-element music nursing on the positive emotion and disease self-perceived burden of patients in the rehabilitation period after stroke. Methods A total of 90 patients with rehabilitation period after stroke admitted from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing intervention, and the observation group adopted warm-unblocking therapy using moving cupping and acupoints moxibustion combined with five-element music nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)and Barthel Index(BI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm-unblocking therapy using moving cupping and acupoints moxibustion combined with five-element music nursing can not only improve the positive emotions of patients in the rehabilitation period after stroke, but also reduce the disease self-perceived burden,so that they can actively cooperate with rehabilitation training, and ultimately promote the recovery of limbs and living ability, which is worth promoting.
