Effects of nursing intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model combined with rational behavior therapy on health behavior and positive emotion of patients with medium and advanced lung cancer
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model combined with rational behavior therapy on health behavior and positive emotion of patients with medium and advanced lung cancer. Methods A total of 94 patients with medium and advanced lung cancer admitted from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received rational behavior therapy, and the observation group received nursing intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model on the basis of the control group. The health behavior score, emotional score and the incidence of toxic and side effects after chemotherapy were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of toxic and side effects after chemotherapy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model combined with rational behavior therapy can improve the health behavior and positive emotions of patients with medium and advanced lung cancer, and reduce the incidence of toxic and side effects after chemotherapy.
