Effects of Internet-based case management model on health knowledge, attitude, practice and self-care ability of patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis
Objective To explore the effects of Internet-based case management model on health knowledge, attitude, practice and self-care ability of patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing management, and the observation group added the Internet-based case management model on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Scale(KAP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of amylase(AMY)and triglyceride(TG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Internet-based case management model applied in the clinical nursing of patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis can not only improve the patients'health knowledge, attitude, practice and self-care ability, but also regulate the blood lipid status, which is worthy of promotion.
