Effects of evidence-based comprehensive nursing on pulmonary function and psychological state of patients with lung tumors
Objective To explore the effects of evidence-based comprehensive nursing on pulmonary function and psychological state of patients with lung tumors. Methods A total of 90 patients with lung tumors admitted from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given evidence-based comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of Visual Analogue Score(VAS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of emotion, cognition, body, behavior and total score of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC of the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based comprehensive nursing can significantly relieve the pain of patients with lung tumors, reduce cancer fatigue, improve negative emotions and pulmonary function, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
