Effect of low-frequency neuromuscular therapeutic instrument combined with pelvic floor continuous intensive training on the rehabilitation of primipara with natural delivery
Objective To investigate the effect of low-frequency neuromuscular therapeutic instrument combined with pelvic floor continuous intensive training on the rehabilitation of primipara with natural delivery. Methods A total of 80 primiparas who had natural delivery in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and rehabilitation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the rehabilitation group received low-frequency neuromuscular therapeutic instrument combined with pelvic floor continuous intensive training on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the continuous systolic pressure of class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ muscle fiber strength in the rehabilitation group were greater than those in the control group, and the duration of contraction were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the bladder neck movement, the posterior angle of the bladder urethra and the area of the anal lift hole in the rehabilitation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)score of the rehabilitation group was higher than that of the control group, and the Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-20(PFDI-20)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency neuromuscular therapeutic instrument combined with pelvic floor continuous intensive training can obviously improve the structure of the pelvic floor and enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength of primipara with natural delivery.
