Effect of prescription review mode combined with DMAIC process management on the rationality of prophylactic use of antibiotics in type Ⅰ surgical incision
Objective To analyze the effect of prescription review mode combined with DMAIC process management on the rationality of prophylactic use of antibiotics in type Ⅰ surgical incision.Methods A total of 100 patients with type Ⅰ surgical incision received in our hospital from December 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the different management methods of prophylactic use of antibiotics,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine prophylactic use of antibiotics,and the observation group was given prescription review mode combined with DMAIC process management.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of inappropriate medication and abnormal prescriptions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The utilization rate of antibiotics and irrational drug use rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of work attitude,management skills,implementation of antibacterial drug use process and antibacterial drug management standard in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and surgical site infection rate of type Ⅰ incision in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The prescription review mode combined with DMAIC process management can improve the rationality and prescription quality of prophylactic use of antibiotics in type Ⅰ surgical incision,improve the management quality,reduce adverse drug reactions and typeⅠ incision infection rate,which is worthy of promotion.
