Application effect of compound thermal insulation intervention mode in operating room on cesarean section and analysis of influencing factors of hypothermia
Objective To explore the application effect of compound thermal insulation intervention mode in operation room on cesarean section,and to analyze the influencing factors of hypothermia.Methods A total of 150 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.The parturients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine thermal insulation intervention mode in operating room,and the study group was given compound thermal insulation intervention mode in operating room.The tympanic membrane temperature and the incidences of chills and hypothermia were compared between the two groups.According to the presence or absence of hypothermia,150 parturients were divided into hypothermia group and non-hypothermia group,univariate and binary Logistic regression analysis were used to screen out the factors affecting hypothermia in cesarean section.Results At the time of entering the room(T1),anesthesia(T2),skin incision(T3)and fetal delivery(T4),the tympanic membrane temperature of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of chills and hypothermia in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of single factor analysis showed that blood loss,bad psychology,operation time and blood transfusion volume were the possible factors affecting the incidence of hypothermia in cesarean section parturients(P<0.05).The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that blood loss and bad psychology were risk factors affecting the incidence of hypothermia in cesarean section parturients(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound thermal insulation intervention mode in operating room applied in cesarean section can effectively maintain maternal body temperature and reduce the incidences of chills and hypothermia;the incidence of hypothermia is related to blood loss and bad psychology.
