Effect of nimodipine combined with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of cerebral small vessel disease complicated with cognitive dysfunction and its influences on the levels of nerve factors
Objective To analyze the effect of nimodipine combined with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of cerebral small vessel disease complicated with cognitive dysfunction and its influences on the levels of nerve factors. Methods A total of 106 patients with cerebral small vessel disease complicated with cognitive dysfunction admitted from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection, and the observation group was treated with nimodipine on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA)and posterior cerebral artery(PCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of neuron specific enolase(NSE)and myelin basic protein(MBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Revised Hasegawa Dementia Scale(HDS-R)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine combined with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of cerebral small vessel disease complicated with cognitive dysfunction can improve the cerebral blood flow state and nerve factors levels of patients, and promote the recovery of cognitive function, which is worthy of promotion and application.
