Clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis and differentiation of alcoholic cirrhosis and hepatitis cirrhosis
Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis and differentiation of alcoholic cirrhosis and hepatitis cirrhosis. Methods Sixty-two patients with cirrhosis(32 alcoholic cirrhosis and 30 hepatitis cirrhosis)who were treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and diagnosed by ultrasound.Using the comprehensive diagnostic results as the gold standard, the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis and differentiation of alcoholic cirrhosis and hepatitis cirrhosis was analyzed. Results The accuracy of ultrasond in the diagnosis of alcoholic cirrhosis and hepatitis cirrhosis was 95.16%.The proportions of abnormal liver morphology, irregular echo enhancement and serrated liver capsule in the alcoholic cirrhosis group were lower than those in the hepatitis cirrhosis group, and the proportion of diffuse echo enhancement was higher than that in the hepatitis cirrhosis group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the proportion of ascites between the alcoholic cirrhosis group and the hepatitis cirrhosis group(P>0.05).The oblique diameter of the right lobe of liver, the thickness of the left lobe of liver and the inner diameter of portal vein in the alcoholic cirrhosis group were greater than those in the hepatitis cirrhosis group, and the thickness of the spleen and liver was smaller than that in the hepatitis cirrhosis group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound has high diagnostic accuracy for both alcoholic cirrhosis and hepatitis cirrhosis, and can distinguish these two types of cirrhosis in a short time.It has low cost and can be used for early screening, which is worth promoting.
