Kappa consistency analysis between the recommended prescription of TCM syndrome differentiation model of six-meridian syndrome differentiation system based on Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the prescription results of clinicians
Objective To analyze the consistency between the recommended prescriptions of the TCM syndrome differentiation model of six-meridian syndrome differentiation system based on Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the prescription results of clinicians.Methods A total of 747 outpatients were included.The doctor obtained the treatment prescription through the collection of the four diagnostic methods,and then entered the relevant symptoms and signs collected by the mobile terminal to obtain the recommended prescription of the system.Kappa consistency test was used to evaluate the consistency between the recommended prescriptions of the TCM syndrome differentiation model of six-meridian syndrome differentiation system based on Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the prescription results of clinicians.Results The results of the recommended prescriptions of the TCM syndrome differentiation model of six-meridian syndrome differentiation system based on Treatise on Febrile Diseases was highly consistent with the prescription results of clinicians,and the difference was statistically significant(Kappa=0.71,P＜0.001).Conclusion The recommended prescription of TCM syndrome differentiation model of six-meridian syndrome differentiation system based on Treatise on Febrile Diseases is consistent with the prescription results of clinicians,which can assist clinicians in prescription.
