Summary of professor Li Zhigang's dialectical medication rules for treating gastric pain based on data mining
Objective To excavate professor Li Zhigang's the syndrome patterns and treatment experience of treating gastric pain based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform(V3.0).Methods Li Zhigang Professor's 428 first diagnosis prescriptions for the treatment of gastric pain from January to December 2021 were collected,which were screened and imported the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform(V3.0).The high-frequency medication,drug association rules and clustering results of professor Li Zhigang's treatment of different types of gastric pain were analyzed with statistical analysis,prescription analysis.Results The prescriptions of 428 patients with gastric pain involved 244 kinds of drugs,a total of 6 943 times,10 kinds of commonly used drugs,mainly tonic drugs,followed by relieving exterior and resolving dampness drugs.The medicinal properties of warm drugs are the most,followed by flat drugs;the flavor of the medicine is mostly sweet,bitter and pungent;mainly into the spleen,stomach,liver.Four core prescriptions of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach disharmony syndrome and stomach-Qi upside-down are picked up with k-means cluster analysis,and summarizing the prescription rules of different syndrome types.Conclusion Professor Li Zhigang treats gastric pain by regulating the spleen,stomach and liver,focusing on soothing the liver,harmonizing the stomach and invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi,as well as eliminating food,guiding stagnation and eliminating evil,in order to provide references basis for the clinical treatment of gastric pain by traditional Chinese medicine.
