Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Anshen Buxin Liuwei pills combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sleep disorder.Methods A total of 120 patients with sleep disorder admitted from August 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into treatment group(57 cases,Anshen Buxin Liuwei pills+acupuncture treatment)and control group(56 cases,acupuncture treatment)according to random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the quality of life score was higher than that before treatment,and those in the treatment group were better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Anshen Buxin Liuwei pills combined with acupuncture has a significant therapeutic effect and high safety on sleep disorder.
