Effect of Ditan Fuyin decoction combined with acupuncture and moxi-bustion in the treatment of speech impairment caused by cerebral infarction and its influence on recovery of language function
Objective To analyze the application value of Ditan Fuyin decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of speech impairment caused by cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with speech impairment caused by cerebral infarction admitted from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(n=40,routine treatment)and study group(n=40,routine treatment+Ditan Fuyin decoction+acupuncture and moxibustion therapy).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the activation rates of area one of sensorimotor cortex(SM1),occipital lobe,temporal lobe and basal ganglia in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,fibrinogen level,red blood cell volume and platelet aggregation rate of the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the language function score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ditan Fuyin decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of speech impairment caused by cerebral infarction has definite curative effect,it can activate the patients'brain language function region,reduce the severity of speech impairment,and promote the recovery of language function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
